At Sai Fashion Trends, we take pride in the quality of our embroidery and jewellery making raw materials. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

A valid and proper reason must be provided for the return. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect, and supported with proof (photos/videos).

2. Reporting Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Replacement Policy

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the item at no extra cost.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Replacement will be processed within 3  to 7 working days after verification.

If a customer places an order by mistake or selects the wrong product, replacement is not possible.
All product details, sizes, and images are clearly mentioned on our website. We request customers to check product details carefully before placing an order.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in cases of verified defective or incorrect products.

Refund amount will be processed back to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway, typically 5 to 10 business days.
